However, owners should not expect to recoup all their costs through chartering, much less earn net income. "It’s rare to make a profit," cautions Saia, who recalls only one yacht that earned $20,000 after a "very aggressive" 22-week season. "Chartering can be hard on a yacht. It’s a sensitive piece of equipment. There needs to be a lot of down time for repairs and getting from point to point, like New England to the Caribbean."

explanation....
Judging from the text, I think it's not about "selling" the yacht. This paragraph is about chartering, so I guess this "aggressive" refers to the long period (22-week) that this yacht is on charter. 22 weeks reaping in US$20,000.... now that's a tough business.

补充
猜想应该这里的very aggressive与22-week 和chartering一起译,比如“疯狂的”22周租赁大促销。
very aggressive也许是价格低,也许是其他条件(保险及担保)优惠。

Discussion
A well-trained captain and crew can make a significant difference in the charter market. Many owners charter their yachts to offset part or even all of their operating costs. Sacks Group President Jennifer Saia estimates that most of her clients charter their vessels 12 to 15 weeks each year. An average charter runs from $40,000 to $100,000 a week, although some megayachts can earn $300,000 to $750,000, with owners netting approximately 80 percent of the fee.
However, owners should not expect to recoup all their costs through chartering, much less earn net income. "Its rare to make a profit," cautions Saia, who recalls only one yacht that earned $20,000 after a "very aggressive" 22-week season. "Chartering can be hard on a yacht. Its a sensitive piece of equipment. There needs to be a lot of down time for repairs and getting from point to point, like New England to the Caribbean."
