Thanks! I have a different interpretation of the term "psyche" (or "psychic"). In the broad sense, one's "psyche" encompasses one's soul, self and mind. Psychology is the study of one's psyche.

I understand the Chinese phrase means "requiring or demanding attention, or require to be alert", so I'd translate it exactly as what they mean.
