目前关于焦虑和抑郁的关系存在三种观点: ①连续谱论, 认为焦虑和抑郁有着共同的发病基础, 是同一种疾病的不同表现形式; ②二分论, 认为焦虑和抑郁障碍是两种不同性质的疾病,共病现象则是两者各为一独立疾病而同时存在于一病人的临床相中; ③共病论, 认为焦虑抑郁障碍共病是一种不同于单纯焦虑症和抑郁症的独特的疾病实体[9 ] 。
