The Selling Party shall guarantee to the Buying Party that the latter shall not take up any liabilities, claims, requests, complaints, expenses or damages caused by the goods or arising out of any infringement of equity rights invloved therein or giving rise to such infringement thereof or to noncomformity to lawful prescriptions thereabout.

sorry, it should have been "The Selling Party shall guarantee to the Buying Party that the former (meaning the seller)".
The Selling Party shall guarantee to the Buying Party that the latter shall not take up any liabilities, claims, requests, complaints, expenses or damages caused by the goods or arising out of any infringement of equity rights invloved therein or giving rise to such infringement thereof or to noncomformity to lawful prescriptions thereabout.
