If you're driving a newer vehicle, then your vehicle is probably a Class 7 or Class 8, with the difference being whether the vehicle weighs more or less than 3,500 pounds.

: There's nothing about "eq" in your reference, but it does say "equity" in the picture, which may be the answer.

Otherwise, the "EQ: 8" is a different version of the look of the registration certificate (?).
How about a "EQ: 60000"s which are also being visible in many examples on the web, accordinly?
