Thank you very much, philgoddard! There is no certainty that "Reg Equity 00008" is the equivalent to the code "EQ: 8".
Otherwise, the "EQ: 8" is a different version of the look of the registration certificate (?).
How about a "EQ: 60000"s which are also being visible in many examples on the web, accordinly?

In airmailpl's reference, the document in the second picture reads: 'WC' (which must be weight class) 00008'. After that, it says 'Reg. equity: 00008'. I don't know why the two numbers are the same. Equity is the price you paid less the balance on the loan.
