Try putting that in there and see if it makes sense in good English, in the sense of "risks involved with".
Example sentence:
"...risks around industrially dried materials.."

It refer to the risk of something happening to [the object]
It is not risks caused by [the object] (= risks from), which would be expressed differently in FR.

Though as Ben says, this would not be the most natural way of expressing it in EN, and 'risks associated with...' or 'risks involving...' might be more suitable.
I take Phil's point about its being singular, but depending on exactly how it is being used, it is not unusual for FR to use the singular in this sort of construction where EN might use a more generalized plural.

I was curious to know if "sur" had a specific meaning (risks to or risks from) but apparently not.

The job was originally 3 Excel files with lots of embedded tables etc. but given to me in xliff form. I don't know if the text was extracted left to right or top to bottom. Sometimes surrounding text makes sense, sometimes it doesn't seem to as in this case
The preceding segment is:
Ces molécules sont issues de combustion incomplète ou pyrolyse.
and the subsequent segment is:
Transparence de la filière / enjeu
So I don't have much else to go on. The context that could help is present somewhere in the xliff file and in the translation pane but I don't know which segments they are.
