Spanish term

cláusula de conexión

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Contrato de confidencialidad
Hello,

This sentence appears in a Confidentiality Agreement.

I have never come across the expression "cláusula de conexión".

Context:
El proveedor se compromete a implantar las medidas de seguridad establecidas en las ***cláusulas de conexión*** que le han sido entregadas, con el fin de proteger la información confidencial desde sus instalaciones.

Is there an equivalent term in Spanish or is the literal "connection clauses" the correct option?

I'd appreciate any help. Thank you!

The clauses in question... Thank you very much for your input. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the clauses in question. The client has provided me with some information, though, which seems to indicate that "connection clauses" is the right translation in this case. They are taking full responsibility for this choice. Thank you again!

@Giovanni Yes, it's often a good idea to discern what the clause in question actually says, rather than to translate the heading literally. Over to you asker...

SUGGESTION It wouldn't hurt to transcribe those clauses to figure out what they're about.

connection clause

If the contract in question has to do with EDI or anything similar requiring a connection to databases or websites then "connection clauses" will simply refer to the clauses governing connection to the same. Without further context, I'm guessing this is what the meaning will be.
