Tony M Aug 20, 2017:
@ Asker OK, a quick bit of google searching reveals this is the name of a PART of the machine, seems to be coined by Bissel only:

Tank Assembly - Red Berends [B-203-6961] for Bissell Vacuum ...

www.ereplacementparts.com/tank-assembly-red-berends-p-11189...

Buy a Bissell Tank Assembly - Red Berends [B-203-6961] for your Bissell Vacuum - It is a genuine item that is supplied directly from the original equipment...

@ Asker Unless it's a typo, it sounds like some kind of proper name, but I've no idea what? The name of a type of (plastic?) material, perhaps?

berends

It appears this is a specific jargon term, used only by this manufacturer, for one special (possibly proprietary) component of their machines; hence it is not a part of the name of the colour, and your word order in FR needs to reflect this, e.g. 'berends rouges' — note that it is not a proper name as such, so no capital is required.
Peer comment(s):

But Asker didn't ASK about translating 'red'!!!

Your document is already available in FR!

However, there do also seem to be some errors in the translation (as for this term, for example!) — but since they themselves do actually have an "official" translation, you may need to explain where / why yours differs from that; at the very least, it might save you a lot of work ;-)

Whatever are you talking about? I never said anything about 'rouge' or 'marque' — I'm simply quoting the manufacturer's own document, which is translated (albeit perhaps wrongly!)
agree jean-pierre belliard : poor things
