Si tratta di una formazione per agenti di concessionaria con diversi scenari. Ecco alcune frasi dove compare il termine. Credo che "service" sia da intendere nel senso di "assistenza", ma il resto? Gestione dell'assistenza potenziale?

Sales - You are informed that your Customer who could potentially renew their vehicle this year will perform their service next week (***Service Prospect Management***).
1- Check with the concerned Service Advisor if the Customer asked for a Free Courtesy Vehicle and then if you can use this as an opportunity to call them for a ***Service Prospect Management*** procedure

Best Practice: as you know from the appointment call that your Customer will not need a Courtesy Vehicle, it may be a good opportunity to inform the relevant Sales Executive to potentially start a ***Service Prospect Management*** procedure.
