I have checked the Kudoz archive back and forward and the more I look the more I am confused.
For 'Leistungsumfang' I would say 'scope of supply' and according to http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lastenheft 'Leistungen' would be 'features'.
Das Lastenheft (teils auch Anforderungsspezifikation, Anforderungskatalog, Kundenspezifikation oder Requirements Specification) beschreibt die Gesamtheit der Forderungen des Auftraggebers an die Lieferungen und Leistungen eines Auftragnehmers ....
.... So wird auch die Reihenfolge der beiden Dokumente im Entwicklungsprozess deutlich: Die Anforderungen (requirements) werden durch Leistungen (features) erfüllt.
I am really not sure whether I can use 'features', especially since 'features' has already been used by my client for 'Funktionen'.
I would appreciate if somebody can show me the way out of this dilemma.

The second solution for 'Lieferungen und Leistungen' is not relevant in my case; this has been taken from the Wikipedia entry.
Bei "Funktionen, Leistungen, Lebensdauer" bietet sich zB "performance data" an, "Lieferungen und Leistungen sind dagegen eindeutig "supplies and services".
