Bimatoprost is a synthetic analog of prostaglandin (F2 Alpha) which was developed by Allergan and is widely used as an ocular solution (Bimatoprost Ocular Solution 0.03%) for the treatment of ocular hypertension and open angle glaucoma. LUMIGAN® (Bimatoprost Ocular Solution) 0.03% has been marketed in Japan since 2009, in Europe since 2002, and in the USA since 2001 for the treatment of ocular hypertension and open angle glaucoma. This product has been approved for distribution in over 80 countries.
In initial clinical trials and in later widespread use, it was discovered that Bimatoprost promotes eyelash growth. Eyelash growth was reported as a side effect of Bimatoprost in clinical trials in Japan and the USA and was disclosed on product labels. With this knowledge of Bimatoprost and from the database showing the safe use of millions of patients beginning with initial clinical trials in 1995, Allergan started a program of clinical trials using control groups to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of Bimatoprost Ocular Solution 0.03% as a treatment for eyelash hypotrichosis. The results of the testing for use in eyelash growth for healthy adults showed statistically significant improvement in eyelash prominence (eyelash length, thickness, and darkness) in the Bimatoprost test group over the placebo test group. These tests showed an extremely favorable safety profile in the administration of Bimatoprost Ocular Solution 0.03% on the margins of the eyelids. With these tests as a basis, in December of 2008 Bimatoprost Ocular Solution 0.03% was approved in the USA for topical use on the eyelid margin to improve eyelash prominence. 本Manualは、お客様に行っていただく定期交換や定期点検が必要な部品について、記述されています。本Manualに記述のない定期交換必要部品や定期点検必要部品（Partlistを参照ください）については、手順を間違えると人体に危険を及ぼすものや、装置性能に大きく影響を及ぼすものがあります。これらの交換・点検に該当する部品については、当社Engineer に依頼をお願いします。
1)交換・調整作業は、Maintenance訓練を受けた資格保持者（保守担当技術者）以外は行わないでください。また、整備にあたっては取扱説明書・応用操作説明書の記述内容を十分理解した上で、本書の整備手順通りに作業を行ってください。
2) 整備作業を行う場合は“装置 Maintenance中”などの張り紙や看板を立て、周囲に注意を促してください。
3) 整備作業中は部外者を近づけないようにしてください。
4)整備作業を手順通り行わないと薬液（雰囲気を含む）の付着や吸引の恐れがあります。手順で保護具着用の指示がある場合は必ず適切な保護具を着用の上、作業を行ってください。
5) 安全のため、Cover interlock を無効にしないでください。
6)薬液・純水などの排液・回収作業を行う前には、まず貴社側工場の排液・回収設備の準備ができていることを確認してください。特に薬液種、排液量およびValve の開閉状態に注意してください。
7) 部品の交換・調整の際に高所作業を行うときは、手すり付きStep または、脚立や踏み台を利用し、安全に作業してください。 | Translation - English
Safety and Proper Maintenance
Periodic Maintenance and Replacement Parts
This manual contains information about replacement parts needed for periodic maintenance.
Using parts other than those listed in this manual may result in inferior performance and in some cases bodily harm. For more information on proper replacement parts, refer to the Part List or consult with our in-house engineers.
1) Adjustments, part replacement, and maintenance should be performed only by certified maintenance technicians trained in the maintenance of this equipment. Technicians should also possess a complete understanding of the User and Operation Manuals before performing any maintenance.
2) When performing any maintenance on the equipment post visible signs such as “Equipment Under Maintenance” to alert others.
3) Ensure others keep a proper distance during maintenance.
4) Ensure that maintenance is performed according to proper guidelines to prevent contact with harmful liquids or breathing of harmful fumes. Always use the appropriate protective wear as instructed in the guidelines.
5) To ensure safety, do not disengage the Cover Interlock.
6) Before disposing of waste liquids, confirm the proper disposal methods and the preparation of your disposal equipment. Pay attention to liquid types, amounts, and the On/Off position of valves.
7) Use appropriate safety equipment such as step ladders, platforms, and railings when replacing parts or performing adjustments from heights. |

This invention provides a group of interconnected network components within a telecommunications network having at least one radio network and one interconnected component of the radio local area network (RLAN), and allows multiple user equipment (UE) to provide simultaneous wireless telecommunications service.
Also included is a related core network (CN) used to support the AAA functionality of the user equipment (UE) wherein the user equipment's (UE) telecommunications network is the primary network (Home Network).
Each radio local area network (RLAN) contains at least one base, and at least one controller, the controller being coupled with a group of base stations; the base station group includes the base stations and radio access network Internet Protocol (RAN IP) gateways.
The base is configured using the Uu interface transceiver for handing the TDD time division duplex (TDD) wide band code division multiple access (w-CDMA) wireless communication of user equipment (UE) in a selected geographic area. The controller uses a layered protocol stack connection to couple the set of base station groups and control the communication of the sets of base stations; the layered protocol stack connection is configured to use the lower transport layer of the Internet Protocol (IP).
The RAN IP gateway couples with a controller group which contains controllers. The RAN IP gateway includes a general packet radio service (GPRS) support node [Gateway General Packet Radio Service(GPRS) Support Node； GGSN)] which is configured to use a GI interface to connect to the internet.
