Making a Call
1. In standby mode, enter the phone number.
To make an international call, press twice consecutively to enter a plus sign ( ). Then enter the international long-distance code, country code or region code, area code, and phone number in sequence.
To call an extension, enter the phone number, press three times consecutively to insert P or press four times consecutively to insert T, and then enter the extension number.
2. Press to dial the number.
3. Press or (End) to end the call.
In standby mode, press to select the required number from All Calls. Then press to dial the number.
When the phone is locked, enter the lock code to unlock the phone first; otherwise, you can only make emergency calls or answer calls.
Select a contact from the phonebook and press to dial the number.
Select a message from the inbox and press to dial the number.
2 Bluetooth®
You can use the built-in Bluetooth function of your phone to synchronize data between a PC and your phone, or exchange data with other Bluetooth devices. You can also talk by using a Bluetooth headset or a Bluetooth loudspeaker.
You can set up a wireless connection between Bluetooth devices within a distance of 10 meters. The Bluetooth wireless connection, however, can be disturbed by other electronic devices and blocked by obstacles such as walls.
The Bluetooth function supported by your phone meets the requirements of Bluetooth Specification 2.0. Your phone can work normally only if you use it with compatible Bluetooth devices. For more information, see the user manuals of related devices, or consult the manufacturers of related devices.
In certain areas, the use of Bluetooth devices might be restricted or prohibited. Observe local laws and regulations.

1. SAFETY NOTICE
1. Safety Standard
Read and understand this owner’s manual before operating your
generator. You can help prevent accidents by being familiar with your
generator’s controls, and by observing safe operating procedures.
Don’t operate indoors. Don’t operate in the wet condition.
Don’t directly connect to the household
power supply. Don’t smoke when refueling.

Don’t overflow the fuel when refueling. Stop the engine before refueling.
Please keep it 1m at least far away from the inflammable materials.
2. Special Requirements
· Electrical equipment, including lines and plug connections should be
free from being bare.
· The circuit breakers should match with the generator equipment. If
the circuit breakers require replacement, they must be replaced with a
circuit breaker of the same ratings and performance characteristics.
· Don’t operate the generator before grounding.

· If using extension lines, the requirement should be met as following:
for 1.5mm2, the line should not be exceeded 60m; for 2.5mm2, the
line not exceeded 100m.
3. Overcurrent Protector
Environmental temperature will trigger the action of overcurrent
protector. Please change the overcurrent protector with one that fits the
local environment temperature if necessary.

Do not allow the starter grip to snap back against the engine.
Return it gently to prevent damage to the starter.

3. Fuel Valve
The fuel valve controls fuel flowing from the fuel tank to carburetor. Be
sure to return the lever to “OFF” after stopping the engine.
4. Choke Lever
The choke lever is used to provide an enriched fuel mixture when starting
a cold engine. Slowly put the choke lever to “OPEN” position after the
engine is started.

5. AC Circuit Breaker
The overload current will automatically switch OFF circuit breaker to avoid
short circuiting of the load or overload. If the circuit breaker is switched OFF
automatically, check load before switching the circuit breaker ON again.
6. Ground Terminal
This ground terminal is dedicated to reliably grounding the whole
generator.
7. Oil Alert System
The oil alert system is especially designed to prevent engine damage
caused by an insufficient amount of oil in the crankcase. When the oil
level in the crankcase fall down below the safe limit, the oil alert system
will automatically shut down the engine(though the generator switch still
remains in the ON position), so that the engine can’t be damaged due to
the insufficient amount of the oil.

4. GENERATOR OPERATION
Generator operation environment:
· Temperature:-15℃～40℃.
· Humidity: below 95%.
· Height above sea level: below 1,000 m (If the area is over 1,000 m
high, the power should be lowered for operation).
1. Connection to the Household Power Supply
When connecting the generator to a household power supply, connection
must be made by a qualified electrician. After connecting, carefully
check electric connection for their safety and reliability, if not, damage
to the generator, burning and firing may be caused.

2. Generator Grounding
To prevent electrical shock or misuse from faulty appliances, the
generator should be grounded with an insulated lead.
3. AC Current
Before starting the generator, make sure that total power of loads (total of
resistive, capacitive and inductive loads) does not exceed rated power of
the generator.
Overload operation will greatly shorten generator service life.
If the generator set is connected to multiple loads or electric appliances,
please first connect to one with the highest starting power, then, the one
with the second highest starting power, and connect others one by one,
each with a lower starting power than the preceding one, finally, connect
the one with the lowest starting power.

In general, capacitive and inductive loads, especially motor-driven
devices have a big starting current when starting. The following table is a
reference for when connecting to the electric appliances

4. DC Current
DC Terminals
The DC terminals are used to provide power supply for lower-power DC
loads and charging other batteries.
The terminals are colored as such: red to identify the positive ( ) terminal
and black to identify the negative (-) terminal. Load connection method:
The load must be connected to DC terminals with the proper polarity
(load's positive to positive DC terminal and load's negative to negative
DC terminal).

DC OVERCURRENT PROTECTOR
The DC overcurrent protector will
automatically shut off when the
DC circuit is overloaded or poor
connection occurs. If the indicator
inside the DC overcurrent protector
button pops out, it shows that
the DC overcurrent protector has
switched off. Wait a few minutes
and then push the button in to return to “ON” position.
5. High Altitude Operation
At a high altitude, the standard carburetor air-fuel mixture will be
excessively rich. Output power will decrease, and fuel consumption will
increase.
Engine performance can be improved by installing a smaller diameter
main fuel jet in the carburetor and readjusting the pilot screw. If you
always operate the engine at altitudes 1,000 meters above the sea level,
have our company authorized dealer perform this carburetor modification.
If not, you should lower load power in operating generator.
Even equipped with suitable carburetor, engine horsepower will decrease
approximately 3.5% for each 300 meter increase in altitude. The effect of
altitude on horsepower will be lowered greater than this if no carburetor
modification is made.
If a carburetor for high altitude operation is installed onto an engine
suitable to a lower altitude, the lean air fuel mixture will cause lower
engine output power, over heating and serious damage.

5. PRE-OPERATION CHECK
1. Engine Oil
Engine oil is a major factor affecting engine performance and service
life. Non-detergent and 2-stroke engine oils will damage the engine
and are not recommended.Check the oil level before each use with
the generator on a level surface with the engine stopped.
Recommended engine oil
4-stroke gasoline engine oil
SF under API service classification
or SAE10W-30 (equivalent to SG class).
Method of checking engine oil level:
Remove the oil filler cap and wipe the dipstick to clean it.
Check the oil level by inserting the dipstick into the filler neck without
screwing it in.
If the level is low, add the recommended engine oil until oil level can
reach the upper mark on the dipstick.
After adding, don’t forget to refit and screw the oil dipstick tight.

2. Fuel
1) Check the fuel level gauge.
2) Replenish the tank if the fuel level is low. Do not let oil level rise
above the shoulder of the fuel strainer.
3) Refit and screw the fuel tank cap tight after refueling.
• Refuel in a well-ventilated area with the engine stopped. Never
smoke or allow flames or sparks in the area where the engine is
refueled or where gasoline is stored.
• Do not overfill the fuel tank.
• Avoid repeated or prolonged contact with skin or breathing in of
fuel vapor.
• Keep children from contacting fuel.
• Never use the oil/gasoline mixture or gasoline containing impurity.
Use gasoline with octane rating ≥90 .
We recommend unleaded gasoline because it produces fewer engine
carbon deposits and spark plug deposits and extends exhaust system's
life.

Never use stale or contaminated gasoline or oil/gasoline mixture. Avoid
getting dirt or water into the fuel tank.

6. STARTING THE ENGINE
Recoil Starter
(1) Remove all the loads from the output side.
(2) Turn the fuel valve to the “ON” position.
(3) Turn the AC circuit breaker to the“OFF” position.
(4) Turn the choke lever to the“CLOSE” position.
Don’t close the choke when starting the engine in a warm state
(5) Turn the generator switch to the “ON” position.
(6) Pull the starter grip until a resistance is felt, then pull it out briskly.
(7) Turn the choke lever to the“OPEN” position after the engine is warm.
(8) Don’t use electric apparatus before setting circuit breaker to the“ON”
position.
Turn the generator switch to electric starting position and hold for
not longer than 5 seconds, or damage will be caused to the starting
motor. If starting fails, release the switch and wait for 10 seconds
before operating it again.
If the speed of the starting motor drops fast after running for a
period of time, it means the battery should be recharged.

7. STOPPING THE ENGINE
(1) Turn the AC circuit breaker to the OFF position.
(2) Turn the generator switch to the OFF position.
(3) Turn the fuel valve to the OFF position.
To stop the engine in an emergency, turn the generator switch to the
OFF position.

8. MAINTENANCE
Good maintenance is essential for safe, economical, and trouble-free
operation. It will also help reduce air pollution.
Exhaust gas contains poisonous carbon monoxide. Shut off the engine
before performing any maintenance. If the engine must be run, make
sure the area is well ventilated.
Periodic maintenance and adjustment are necessary for keeping the
generator in good operating condition. Perform the service and inspection
at the intervals shown in the Maintenance schedule below:

MAINTENANCE
Improper maintenance, or failure to correct a problem before
operation, can cause a malfunction by which you can be seriously
hurt or killed.
Always follow the inspection and maintenance recommendations and
schedules in this owner’s manual.
1. Engine Oil Change
Drain the oil while the engine is warm to ensure complete and rapid
draining.
1. Remove the oil dipstick and drain plug to drain the oil.
2.Reinstall the drain plug, then tighten the plug securely.
3. Refill oil and check the oil level.

Used engine oil may cause skin cancer if repeatedly left in contact
with the skin for prolonged periods. Although this is unlikely unless
you handle used oil on a daily basis, it is still advisable to thoroughly
wash your hands with soap and water as soon as possible after
handling used oil.
Please dispose of used engine oil in a manner that is compatible with
the environment. We suggest you take use a sealed container to take it
to your local service station or recycling center for reclamation. Do not
throw it in the trash or pour it on the ground.
2. Air Cleaner Service
A dirty air cleaner will restrict air flow into the carburetor. To prevent
carburetor malfunction, service the air cleaner regularly. Service more
frequently when operating the generator in extremely dusty areas.
Using gasoline or flammable solvent to clean the filter element can cause
a fire or explosion. Use only soapy water or a nonflammable solvent.
Never run the generator without the air cleaner. If not, rapid engine wear
will result.
(1) Open the air cleaner clip and open the air cover. Check the air cleaner
element to see if it's complete and clean.
(2) If the air cleaner element is dirt, please clean it:
Wash the air cleaner element in a solution of household detergent and

warm water, then rinse thoroughly or wash in nonflammable or high
flash point solvent: Drop a few points engine oil in, then, squeeze out.
(3) Reinstall the air cleaner element and the cover.
3. Fuel Sediment Cup Cleaning
(1) Turn the fuel valve to the OFF
position. Remove the sediment cup,
o-ring and strainer according to the
arrow direction.
(2) Clean the sediment cup, and o-ring,
and strainer in nonflammable or high
flash point solvent.

(3) Reinstall the O-ring, and strainer and screw back the sediment cup.
(4) Turn the fuel valve ON and check for leaks.
4. Spark Plug Service
Recommended spark plugs: F6TC
E7RTC(1kW) or other equivalents.
(1) Remove the spark plug cap.
(2) Use the plug wrench to remove
the spark plug.
(3) Visually inspect the spark
plug to see if the insulator is
cracked, if so, replace it with a new the spark plug.
(4) Measure the plug gap with a feeler gauge. Correct as necessary by
carefully bending the side electrode. The gap should be: 0.70-0.80 mm.
(5) Check the spark plug washer to see if it's good.
(6) Reinstall the spark plug, tighten it with the plug wrench and impact
the washer. Reinstall the spark plug cap accurately.
Please use the spark plug in a suitable heat range.

9. STORAGE
In order to avoid burning or fire due to contact with any hot part of
the generator, don't pack and store the generator before it is cooled.
If it need be stored for a long time, be sure the storage area is clean and
dry.
(1) Drain the fuel in the fuel tank out, clean strainer, o-ring and sediment,
then refit them well. Drain fuel out of the carburetor by loosening the
drain bolt, then refit it and screw the carburetor bolt tight.
Gasoline is extremely flammable and is explosive under certain
conditions. Drain fuel in a well ventilated area with the engine
stopped. Never smoke or allow flames or sparks in the area during
this procedure.
(2) Screw the oil dipstick off and screw the drain bolt off the crankcase
to completely drain the oil out. Then screw back the drain bolt and
add fresh oil to upper mark, finally refit the oil dipstick well.

(3) Remove the spark plug, and pour about a tablespoon of clean
engine oil into the cylinder. Crank the engine several revolutions to
distribute the oil, then reinstall the spark plug.
(4) Slowly pull the starter grip until resistance is felt. Let the intake and
exhaust valves in “close” position.
(5) Place the generator in a clean area.

Is there fuel in the tank? Refill the fuel tank.

2. Battery
Don’t connect the battery positive and negative poles reversely (pay
attention to leads mark). When connecting, first connect the positive
poles, then negative poles. When disconnecting, first disconnect the
negative pole, then positive poles, if not, serious damage may be
caused to the generator set and battery.
Check the electrolyte of the battery's each cell if the fluid level is kept
between upper mark and lower mark. If the fluid level is under the lower
mark, screw off the cap and add the distilled water up to upper mark. All
cells' electrolyte fluid level should be approximately maintained at the
same level.
• If improper operation is performed, the battery may be explosive
and may potentially hurt persons nearby. Keep the fire and
inflammable materials far away from the battery.

• The battery will release the explosive gas, please keep the fire far
away from it. Keep a good air ventilation condition when battery
is being charged or used. .
• Be careful not to spill or overflow when refilling electrolyte.
3. Electric Starting
(1) Remove all the loads form the output side.
(2) Turn the fuel valve to the “ON” position.
(3) Turn the AC circuit breaker to the “OFF” position.
(4) Turn the choke lever to the “CLOSE” position.
Don’t close the choke when starting the engine in warm state.
(5) Turn the GENERATOR switch to electric starting position.
(6) After starting engine, immediatelly release generator switch and
generator switch can automatically return to open position.
(7) Turn the choke lever to the “OPEN” position after the engine is
warm.
Turn the GENERATOR switch to electric position and hold for
more than 5 seconds or damage may be caused to the starting motor.
If starting fails,, release the switch and wait for 10 seconds before
starting it again.
If the speed of the starting motor drops fast after a period of time, it
suggests the battery should be recharged.

2. Requisitos Especiais
O equipamento elétrico, incluindo cabos e tomadas, não pode estar descarnado. Os disjuntores devem corresponder ao equipamento do gerador. Se os disjuntores necessitarem de ser substituídos, devem ser substituídos por um disjuntor da mesma classificação e com as mesmas caraterísticas de desempenho. Não coloque o gerador em funcionamento antes de fazer a ligação à terra.

A válvula de combustível controla o combustível que flui do tanque de combustível para o carburador. Certifique-se de que coloca a alavanca na posição “OFF” (“DESLIGAR”) após parar o motor.

A corrente de sobreintensidade irá DESLIGAR automaticamente o disjuntor para evitar um curto-circuito da carga ou sobrecarga. Se o disjuntor se DESLIGAR automaticamente, verifique a carga antes de o voltar a LIGAR.

O terminal de terra dedica-se a ligar todo o gerador à terra, de modo fiável.

7. Sistema de Alerta de Óleo
O sistema de alerta de óleo foi especialmente concebido para evitar danos no motor provocados por uma quantidade insuficiente de óleo no cárter. Quando o nível de óleo no cárter cair abaixo do limite seguro, o sistema de alerta de óleo irá automaticamente desligar o motor (apesar do interruptor do gerador ainda permanecer na posição ON - LIGAR), para que o motor não sofra danos devido a uma quantidade insuficiente de óleo. • 13 •

Ambiente de funcionamento do gerador: • • • Temperatura:-15℃～40℃. Humidade: abaixo dos 95%. Altura acima do nível do mar: abaixo dos 1000 m (se a área tem mais de 1000 m de altitude, deve ser rebaixada para colocação em funcionamento).
1. Ligação ao Fornecimento de Energia Doméstico
Ao ligar o gerador a um fornecimento de energia doméstico, a ligação tem de ser efetuada por um eletricista qualificado. Após a ligação, verifique cuidadosamente a ligação elétrica em termos de segurança e fiabilidade. Caso contrário, poderá provocar danos, queimaduras e incêndios no gerador.

2. Ligação à terra do Gerador
Para evitar choques ou uma má utilização devido a aparelhos com falhas, o gerador deve ser ligado à terra com um condutor terminal isolado.

Antes de ligar o gerador, certifique-se de que as cargas de potência totais (total de cargas de potência resistiva, capacitativa e indutiva) não excedem a potência rateada do gerador.
O funcionamento em sobrecarga diminui substancialmente a vida útil do gerador. Se o conjunto do gerador está ligado a várias cargas ou aparelhos elétricos, ligue-o primeiro ao que tenha uma potência inicial mais elevada, depois o seguinte e assim sucessivamente, ligando-o, por fim, ao que tiver a menor potência inicial.

No geral, as cargas capacitativas e indutivas, especialmente as de aparelhos a motor, têm uma grande corrente inicial ao ligar. A tabela que se segue é uma referência para a ligação aos aparelhos elétricos.

4. Corrente CC
Terminais CC Os terminais CC são utilizados para fornecer energia para cargas CC com pouca potência e carregar outras baterias. Os terminais têm as seguintes cores: vermelho para identificar o terminal positivo ( ) e preto para identificar o terminal negativo (-). Método de ligação de carga: A carga tem de ser ligada a terminais CC com a polaridade correta (o positivo da carga ao terminal CC positivo e o negativo da carga ao terminal CC negativo). • 16 •

PROTETOR DE SOBREINTENSIDADE CC O protetor de sobreintensidade CC irá desligar-se automaticamente quando o circuito CC se encontrar sobrecarregado ou ocorrer uma ligação fraca. Se o indicador dentro do protetor de sobreintensidade CC saltar, mostra que o protetor de sobreintensidade CC se desligou. Espere alguns minutos e, depois, prima o botão para volta à posição “ON” (“LIGAR”).
5. Funcionamento a Alta Altitude
A uma alta altitude, a mistura de ar-combustível do carburador padrão irá ser demasiado pesada. A potência de saída diminui e aumenta o consumo de combustível. O desempenho do motor pode ser melhorado instalando um jato de combustível principal de diâmetro menor no carburador, ajustando o parafuso piloto. Se coloca sempre o motor em funcionamento a altitudes de mais de 1000 metros acima do nível do mar, peça ao revendedor autorizado da nossa empresa para proceder a esta modificação no carburador. Caso contrário, deve diminuir a potência de carga no gerador em funcionamento. Mesmo equipado com um carburador adequado, a potência do motor irá diminuir cerca de 3,5% por cada aumento de 300 metros na altitude. O efeito da altitude na potência irá ser maior do que isso se não for efetuada qualquer modificação no carburador.
Se um carburador adequado a uma alta altitude estiver equipado com um motor adequado a uma baixa altitude, a mistura ar-combustível rarefeita irá levar a uma menor potência de saída do motor, sobreaquecimento e danos graves. • 17 •

5. VERIFICAÇÃO PRÉ-FUNCIONAMENTO
1. Óleo do Motor
O óleo do motor é um fator principal no desempenho do motor e na sua vida útil. Óleos de motor não-detergentes ou para motores de dois ciclos irão danificar o motor e não são recomendados. Verifique o nível de óleo antes de cada utilização com o gerador numa superfície nivelada e com o motor parado. São recomendados óleos para motores de quatro ciclos a gasolina classificação SF sob Classificação de Serviço API ou SAE10W-30 equivalente à classificação SG. Método de verificação do nível de óleo do motor: Remova a tampa de enchimento do óleo e limpe o indicador. Verifique o nível de óleo inserindo o indicador no pescoço de enchimento sem o aparafusar. Se o nível estiver baixo, adicione o óleo recomendado até à marca superior do indicador. Depois de adicionar, não se esqueça de encaixar e aparafusar com força o indicador do nível de óleo.

1) Verifique o calibrador do nível de combustível. 2) Reabastecer o tanque se o nível de combustível estiver baixo. Não deixe o nível do óleo subir acima do ombro do filtro do combustível. 3) Volte a colocar e aparafuse bem a tampa do tanque de combustível após voltar a reabastecer.

• Reabasteça o combustível numa área bem ventilada com o motor parado. Nunca fume ou deixe que haja chamas ou faíscas na zona em que o motor é reabastecido ou onde armazena da gasolina. • Não encha demais o tanque de combustível. • Evite um contato repetido ou prolongado com a pele ou inspirar vapores de combustível. • Mantenhas as crianças longe do combustível. • Nunca utilize uma mistura óleo/gasolina ou gasolina com impurezas. Utilize gasolina com índice de octano ≥90. Recomendamos gasolina sem chumbo, pois produz menos depósitos de carbono no motor e na vela de ignição, prolongando ainda a vida do sistema de exaustão. • 19 •

Nunca utilize gasolina velha ou contaminada, bem como uma mistura óleo/gasolina. Evite que água ou sujidade entrem no tanque de combustível.

(1) Remova todas as cargas do lado de saída. 2) Vire a válvula de combustível para a posição “ON” (“LIGAR”). (3) Vire o disjuntor CA para a posição “OFF” (“DESLIGAR”). (4) Vire a alavanca da bobina de reactância para a posição “CLOSE” (“FECHAR”). Não feche a bobina de reactância ao iniciar o motor a quente. (5) Vire o interruptor do gerador para a posição “ON” (“LIGAR”). (6) Puxe o cabo do arranque até sentir uma resistência, depois puxe-o para si rapidamente. (7) Vire a alavanca da bobina de reactância para a posição “OPEN” (“ABRIR”) depois de aquecer o motor. (8) Não utilize aparelhos elétricos antes de colocar o disjuntor na posição “ON” (“LIGAR”). Vire o interruptor do gerador para a posição de arranque elétrico e mantenha por não mais do que 5 segundos, caso contrário poderá provocar danos no motor de arranque. Se o arranque falhar, liberte o interruptor e aguarde 10 segundos antes de voltar a tentar. Se a velocidade do motor de arranque diminuir depressa após estar a funcionar durante algum tempo, significa que a bateria deve ser recarregada.

Para parar o motor numa emergência, vire simplesmente o interruptor do motor para a posição “OFF” (“DESLIGAR”).

8. MANUTENÇÃO
A boa manutenção é essencial para um funcionamento seguro, económico e sem problemas. Também irá ajudar a reduzir a poluição atmosférica. O gás do escape contém monóxido de carbono venenoso. Desligue o motor antes de executar qualquer manutenção. Se o motor tiver de estar em funcionamento, certifique-se de que a área é bem ventilada. Uma manutenção e ajuste periódicos são necessários para manter o gerador em boas condições de funcionamento. Execute o serviço e a inspeção de acordo com os intervalos demonstrados no Calendário de Manutenção abaixo:

MANUTENÇÃO
A manutenção inapropriada ou a não correção de um problema antes do funcionamento pode provocar uma avaria que o pode ferir gravemente ou matar. Siga sempre as recomendações e calendários de inspeção e manutenção contidos neste manual do proprietário.
1. Mudança do Óleo do Motor
Escoe o óleo usado enquanto o motor está quente para se assegurar que faz uma drenagem rápida e completa. 1. Remova o indicador do nível do óleo e a tampa de drenagem para escoar o óleo. 2. Volte a instalar a tampa de drenagem, depois aperte-a com segurança. 3. Volte a abastecer de óleo e verifique o nível de óleo. Capacidade de óleo: 2kW 2,5kW 2,7kW 1kW 0,6 l 0,35 l

O óleo de motor usado pode provocar cancro da pele se for deixado repetidamente em contato com a pele por períodos prolongados. Apesar de ser improvável a não ser que lide com óleo usado diariamente, não deixa de ser aconselhável lavar bem as mãos com sabonete e água assim que possível depois de manusear óleo usado. Elimine o óleo do motor de uma forma compatível com o meio ambiente. Sugerimos que leve o óleo num recipiente selado para o seu centro de reciclagem ou estação de serviço locais para devolução. Não o deite no lixo ou despeje no chão ou num esgoto.
2. Serviço de Limpeza de Ar
Um purificador de ar sujo irá restringir o fluxo de ar para o carburador. Para evitar avarias no carburador, faça o serviço do purificador de ar de modo regular. Serviço mais frequente aquando do funcionamento do gerador em áreas com poeira. Utilizar gasolina ou solvente inflamável para limpar o elemento de filtro pode provocar um incêndio ou explosão. Utilize apenas água com sabão ou um solvente não inflamável.
Nunca ligue o gerador sem o purificador de ar. Caso contrário, ocorrerá um desgaste rápido do motor. (1) Abra o gancho do purificador de ar e abra a cobertura do ar. Verifique o elemento purificador de ar para ver se está completo e limpo. (2) Se o elemento purificador de ar estiver sujo, limpe-o: Limpe o elemento purificador de ar numa solução de detergente doméstico e • 25 •

água quente. De seguida, enxague bem ou lave com um solvente não inflamável ou de ponto de ignição alto: deixe cair umas gotas de óleo de motor lá dentro e, depois, esprema.

3. Limpeza do Copo de Sedimentos de Combustível
(1) Vire a válvula de combustível para a posição “OFF” (“DESLIGAR”). Remova o copo de sedimentos, a junta circular e o filtro de acordo com a direção da seta. (2) Limpe o copo de sedimentos, a junta circular e o filtro num solvente não inflamável ou de ponto de ignição alto. • 26 •

(3) Volte a instalar a junta circular e o filtro, atarraxando o copo de sedimentos. (4) Vire a válvula de combustível para a posição “ON” (“DLIGAR”) e veja se há fugas.
4. Serviço da Vela de Ignição
Velas de ignição recomendadas: F6TC E7RTC(1kW) ou outras equivalentes. (1) remova a tampa da vela de ignição. (2) Utilize a chave da vela para remover a vela de ignição. (3) Inspecione visualmente a vela de ignição para ver se o isolante está rachado. Em caso afirmativo, substitua-a por uma vela de ignição nova. (4) Meça a medida da vela com um calibrador. Corrija o quanto necessário dobrando cuidadosamente o elétrodo lateral. A medida deve ser: 0,70-0,80 mm. (5) Verifique a anilha da vela de ignição para ver se está em boas condições. (6) Volte a instalar a vela de ignição, aperte-a com a chave de vela e coloque a anilha. Volte a instalar corretamente a tampa da vela de ignição.
Utilize a vela de ignição de uma gama térmica adequada. • 27 •

De modo a evitar queimaduras ou incêndios devido ao contato com qualquer peça quente do gerador, não embale e armazene o gerador antes de arrefecer. Se for necessário armazená-lo por um longo período de tempo, certifique-se de que a zona de armazenamento está limpa e seca. (1) Escoe o combustível do tanque de combustível, limpe o filtro, a junta circular e o copo de sedimentos, voltando depois a colocá-los bem. Escoe o combustível do carburador desapertando o parafuso de drenagem, depois volte a encaixá-lo e aperte novamente o parafuso do carburador.

A gasolina é extremamente inflamável e explosiva sob certas condições. Escoe o combustível numa área bem ventilada com o motor parado. Nunca fume ou deixe que haja chamas ou faíscas na zona durante este procedimento. (2) Desaperte o indicador do nível de óleo e desaperte o parafuso de drenagem do cárter para drenar completamente o óleo. Depois volte a aparafusar o parafuso de drenagem e adicione óleo novo à marca superior. Por fim, volte a colocar o indicador do nível de óleo corretamente. • 28 •

(3) Remova a vela de ignição e despeje cerca de uma colher de sopa de óleo de motor limpo no cilindro. Mova o motor várias revoluções para distribuir o óleo e, de seguida, volte a instalar a vela de ignição. (4) Puxe lentamente o cabo do arranque até sentir resistência. Deixe as válvulas de entrada e exaustão na posição “close” (“fechar”). (5) Coloque o gerador numa área limpa.

2. Bateria
Não ligue os polos positivo e negativo da bateria de modo inverso (preste atenção às marcas). Ao ligar, ligue primeiro os polos positivos, depois os polos negativos. Ao desligar, desligue primeiro o polo negativo, depois os polos positivos. Caso contrário, poderão ser provocados danos graves no conjunto do gerador e na bateria. Verifique o eletrólito de cada célula da bateria se o nível do fluido se mantiver entre a marca superior e inferior. Se o nível do fluido estiver abaixo da marca inferior, desatarraxe a tampa e adicione água até à marca superior. O nível do fluido do eletrólito de todas as células deve ser mantido, aproximadamente, ao mesmo nível.

• A bateria irá libertar gás explosivo. Mantenha-a longe do fogo. Mantenha uma boa condição de ventilação de ar quando a bateria está a ser carregada ou utilizada. • Tenha o cuidado de não entornar ou fazer extravasar ao voltar a encher o eletrólito.
3. Arranque Elétrico
(1) Remova todas as cargas do lado de saída. 2) Vire a válvula de combustível para a posição “ON” (“LIGAR”). (3) Vire o disjuntor CA para a posição “OFF” (“DESLIGAR”). (4) Vire a alavanca da bobina de reactância para a posição “CLOSE” (“FECHAR”). Não feche a bobina de reactância ao arrancar o motor para o aquecer. (5) Vire o interruptor do GERADOR para a posição de arranque elétrico. (6) Após arrancar o motor, solte imediatamente o interruptor do gerador, fazendo com que esta possa regressar automaticamente à posição de abrir. (7) Vire a alavanca da bobina de reactância para a posição “OPEN” (“ABRIR”) depois de aquecer o motor.
Vire o interruptor do GERADOR para a posição elétrica e mantenha por mais do que 5 segundos, caso contrário poderá provocar danos no motor de arranque. Se o arranque falhar, liberte o interruptor e aguarde 10 segundos antes de voltar a tentar. Se a velocidade do motor de arranque diminuir depressa após algum tempo, sugere que a bateria deve ser recarregada. • 39 •
