This is not a literal translation, but I think it expresses the idea in this context. It sounds like they want to move away from the "all-inclusive" So you could say something like will be moving away from their old policies/customs/traditions of "all-inclusive" in order to. . . or will be departing from their old policies etc etc . Or you could rearrange the sentence and say that these new hotels will be a departure from the old tradition of/or the traditional all-inclusive hotels etc, etc.
