I also think that she is trying to avert accusations by wordy, lengthy expression. 2. The supposed answer to this rhetorical question is on the affirmative (she doesn't know what to do but the previous pilot must know it.) so I think she is more than just "wondering." It is essentially saying, 前のパイロットなら分っちゃうんだろうな。 |
