Translation - English I liked Sleepless in Seattle, it is a very moving story, the son helped the father to pursue his love.
I liked the moderate weather of the city, not excluding the constant drizzle and a few snows in the winters, I loved the campuses: UW, Seattle U., Seattle Pacific U., Shoreline Community, North Community, and Central Community near downtown. Seattle is a city of lots of coffee shops, readers and writers, even though there is a dark side of having a high national depression and suicide rate, I was not bothered, and in direct opposition I rather enjoyed the proficient precipitation, so poetic, so
romantic, and so ... soft.
Take I-5 north to Vancouver, ride on I-94 across the floating bridge, visit the Olympic park, walk on the Squamish trail, whisper to your love's ear on Shoeshoe Bay, canoe on Lake Washington, elevate yourself to the top of the space needle, and kiss your other half on the Puget Sound ferry, you name it, Seattle has it all, sun up, sun down, day in, day out.
I wake myself up and interrupt my Seattle dream, who dares to substitute himself in Sleepless in Seattle? And who dares not? Alas, March again in Seattle, when the roses and cherries are smiling and pollen indices are high, will life ever cycle again, given that the period being virtually infinite against the human life expectancy?

Translation - English Road construction means various road engineering projects, including bridges, tunnels, earth-blocking walls, high-lifted bridges and other constructs as parts of the roads. However, the value of the bridges, tunnels, earth-blocking walls, high-lifted bridges, and other constructs should not exceed 20% of the total value of the construction contract, otherwise a loss rate table must be applied to each aforementioned individual project.
If the initial monetary value of the standard statistics is taken as the deductible then the resulting loss rate is the basic loss rate. If other relatively larger monetary values are used as deductibles then the corresponding loss rate adjustable factors should be applied as adjustments. The specific adjustable factors not given by the pure loss rate should be reasonably estimated by accountants based on data of the basic loss rate. For example, if twice the initial monetary amount of the standard statistics is used as the deductible of every accident then the adjustable factor of the loss rate is 0.925. If it is 5 times then the adjustable factor is 0.85. Although the adjustable factors of 3x, 4x, and other cases are not directly given they can be interpolated by linear interpolation, the results are as follows: 0.95 for 3x, 0.875 for 4x, and so on.
