Preventable unintentional event with known causes Explanation: In the link below, on page 4, you can see the definitions of the different classifications. "Accidental" is differentiated from "Intencional". I suggest "unintentional event", because "accident" has a specific meaning in Insurance law. In the same link, "Previsible" is defined as "Cuando la comprobación efectuada permita aseverar que la causa determinante se debió a un hecho que pudo ser previsto o evitado."
