French term or phrase: Avec batisse y érigée
Hi,

I am translating a contract of purchase for a building in Montreal and have the following sentence

"Avec batisse y érigée portant le numéro x." The "y" is confusing me.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

"y" is basically "there" but is an extremely flexible word with many related meanings
This is very basic French.
